Look, I get it.

The truth is, I’ve lived a few different versions of myself.


Now they all coexist, and that’s exactly what I teach.

Each one represents a part of who I am today.

Party Guy reminds me to live, laugh, and enjoy the moments that matter.


Girl Dad keeps me grounded. The reason I want to show up as my best every day.


And Athlete is the identity that drives everything else.


Athlete is the standard. The structure. The mindset behind every decision I make.

Because when you know who you are, you don’t have to fake discipline, it just becomes who you are.

The Truth:

It wasn’t always that way.


For most of my life, I was just “The Big Guy.”


Strong, but soft. Always chasing motivation, never chasing mastery.

I thought I needed a better plan. What I really needed was a better identity.

that was me, until i made a change

For years, this was my reality.


Strong, but never really in shape. Disciplined in short bursts, but never consistent.


I’d train hard, eat well, then lose focus and slide back again.

It wasn’t for lack of effort, it was because my identity hadn’t changed.


I was still “The Big Guy.” The one who went all in for two weeks, then burned out.


And as long as that’s who I believed I was, I always found a way to prove it right.

so what changed?

Because lasting change doesn’t happen when you get motivated, it happens when you change who you believe you are.

When that shifts, everything else follows.


The food, the training, the sleep, the mindset. They stop being battles and start being habits.

You stop chasing discipline, and start acting like the man who already has it.

My timeline to a new identity:

All my life to 2022: Overweight weight lifter, tired, no plan I could stick to.

2022: First time I ever got lean, but for the wrong reasons. I was chasing validation, not purpose.

2023: My daughter was born. I had my why, and started on my journey to a new identity.

2024: I entered my athlete era. Discipline stopped being punishment and became identity.

2025: I’m in control, calm, driven, consistent. The proof is in the process, not the mirror.
